When will my order ship?
- Orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email!
Are your products safe for kids & pets?
- We care about creating products that our customers can feel good to use in their homes, including around children and pets. Our products are made with thoughtfully selected, high quality ingredients and thorougly tested.
- As with any home product, we recommend using the products as directed, keeping out of reach of children/pets, avoiding direct contact with eyes or ingestion.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us!
What if my order arrives damaged?
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
